The purpose of this regulation is to define the quality policy and quality objectives management framework for UNIVERSE RB’s interpretation and translation services.
This framework has been developed with reference to internationally recognized Quality Management Principles based on ISO standards, and aims to ensure service reliability, enhance customer satisfaction, and support continuous quality improvement.
This regulation applies to the following services provided by UNIVERSE RB:
Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services
Professional translation services
Interpretation for international seminars and business events
Global communication support

UNIVERSE RB operates its service management system based on the following internationally recognized quality management principles:

This quality management framework has been designed with reference to ISO quality management principles as an internal operational standard and does not imply ISO certification.
