※ Quality Standard for Simultaneous Interpretation: The quality depends not on experience, but on the interpreter’s skill.
Interpretation Time
- This includes all hours including breaks, except for a 1-hour lunch break and covers the time from start to finish. (Note: interpretation during lunch is excluded)
- However, interpretation provided during lunch time will be counted as part of the working hours.If a pre-meeting is held on the same day as the interpretation, it will be counted as interpretation time.If the pre-meeting takes place on a different day, it will be billed separately at USD 148(KRW 200,000) per hour, subject to prior agreement.
Rehearsal
- Rehearsals conducted on the meeting day are included in the interpretation hours.If a separate rehearsal is required before the event, an additional rehearsal fee will be charged, to be determined through prior consultation.
Cancellation Policy
- If the interpretation contract is canceled:
- 10 days before the event: 30% of the total fee will be charged
- 5 days before the event: 50% of the total fee will be charged
- 4 days before or on the event day: 100% of the total fee will be charged
Recording and Broadcasting

Recording or broadcasting of the interpretation is only permitted with prior consent from the interpreter.
Recording: 50% of the interpretation fee will be added (100% if for reference or distribution use)
Broadcasting / Live streaming (e.g., YouTube): 100% of the interpretation fee will be added
Domestic Business Trips (Outside Seoul)
- Gyeonggi Province: KRW 100,000 per day/li>
- Other regions: KRW 200,000 per day
- Additional charges apply for transportation (actual expenses)and accommodation if overnight stay is required.
- If there are non-working days during the stay, USD222(KRW 300,000) per day will be charged (subject to consultation).
- Round-trip transportation should use the fastest available means, and the cost will be borne by the client.
Overseas Business Trips
- Travel Compensation: USD 222(KRW 300,000) per day (for travel on the day before or after the meeting)
- Per Diem (Daily Allowance): USD 74(KRW 100,000) per day (subject to consultation)
- Non-working days during the stay: USD 222(KRW 300,000) per day (subject to consultation)
- Round-trip airfare, transportation, and hotel accommodation (single room, business-grade or higher) shall be covered by the client.
